You must select the travel plan based on the country(ies) or region(s) you will be travelling to, as follows:

If more than 72 hours of any one trip is to these destinations

Worldwide including Canada ... EXCLUDING USA, South or Central America and Antarctica.
Canada is now cheaper as it has been moved from Region A.

Cruising Cover: Now automatically covered Free of Charge
Specified Items: To cover items worth more than the item limit of $1,000. Cover up to $6,000 per item, maximum total for all items $15,000
Additional Rental Vehicle Insurance Excess: Cover can be increased to $5,000. Additional $20 per $500 units of cover
Excess: Consider the $NIL excess option otherwise you will have to pay $200 for each claim made throughout the year
Snow Sports Cover: Cover for participating in snow sports in New Zealand and Australia are covered free of charge, all other regions and destinations require the additional benefit option for snow sports.

Guidelines
PER ADULT - 'Children Free' (includes any financially dependant accompanying child or children under 25 years) Any Existing Medical Condition (other than those conditions on the automatic approval list) must be disclosed and approved by us prior to the issue of the Certificate of Insurance.
This policy is available to residents of Australia who are under 70 years of age at the time the Certificate of Insurance is to be issued, and must be issued prior to the commencement of our trip..
This policy provides cover for travel both overseas and within Australian.
There is no limit to the amount of trips you may take during your 12 months period of insurance.
The maximum duration of any one trip is 60 days. You can extend your cover by applying for an International or Australian Travel Plan to cover the period of the trip that exceeds those 60 days. Trip extensions are available provided the current policy hasn't expired. (conditions apply refer PDS)
Insurance is not available to travellers outside Australia
Service Fees apply if upgrades are after the Certificate of Insurance has been issued.
A maximum of 2 adults can be named on a Certificate of Insurance.
There is no cover under this policy when you are between trips other than any benefits you may be entitled to under Section A 'Cancellation and additional expenses'
It is up to you to choose your excess level from the available options of $200 excess or Nil excess. This excess will apply to each claim that you make under the policy except where the 'no excess' applies.

Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased the policy, you want to return it, you can do so within 21 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no claim has been made and your trip has not commenced. The Cooling Off Period does not apply to policy or trip extensions.
